Therapy can be beneficial for anyone seeking help and support. However, treatment does not look the same for everyone. As each person’s circumstances are unique, treatment will be tailored to fit each individuals’ goals and expectations for counseling. At the start of treatment, we will identify the areas of focus and then together we will create goals based off your values and expectations. I believe that each person already has everything they need to create healing in their life. I assist in helping individuals identify these strengths and utilizing them to support the therapeutic process. My ultimate goal in therapy is to help empower individuals to create and embrace the life they want to live.
