About

Chelsy Pierce (she/her), MS, LMHC, NCC

Hi, I’m Chelsy. I’m a neurodivergent therapist who cares deeply about the stories people carry. I earned my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Washington University, and my clinical work is informed by Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Compassion Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. These models help me support clients in understanding their emotions, nurturing self-compassion, and connecting with their inner parts in meaningful ways.

As a clinician, I’m LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, and committed to creating a space where you can be fully yourself. I believe in therapy that is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in genuine connection. My work is fueled by passion, presence, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human.

When I’m not in session, I love spending time with a good book, getting stronger in the gym, or happily lost in a puzzle. These small joys help me stay grounded and curious, both as a therapist and as a person.
